I had a disappointing experience with Kia service today. I dropped my vehicle off at 10:20 AM for my appointment for an oil change, recalls, and to have a minor transmission issue checked. I didn’t hear anything throughout the day, and when I called just before closing, I found out that the transmission concern hadn’t been checked. They had completed the oil change and the recall work, but the transmission issue was missed. However, I want to give credit where it’s due. Paul stepped in and genuinely tried to make things right. He put in the effort, listened to my concerns, and treated me with understanding and respect. He also made sure I had a ride back and did everything he could to improve the situation. After dealing with many different Kia service departments across the country over the past four years, I can honestly say that Paul’s effort completely changed my experience today. Things don’t always go perfectly, but what matters is how someone responds when they don’t. Paul showed genuine concern and made a real effort to turn a frustrating experience into a much better one. Thank you, Paul, for going above and beyond to make things right. Your effort and customer service were truly appreciated.

Jamarius was our salesman and he was the kindest person to work with. he had the vehicles ready to look at by the time we got there. he knew our intentions and what we were wanting to accomplish and he made it happen! after days of discouragement from other dealerships and people. he was got us the perfect family car ready for our newborn! anyone needing to be in good hands, ask for Jamarius when going to frisco jeep dodge and ram! he won’t disappoint!

This time I am told that a part needs to be changed out and they arrange for a rental car because the part is not on hand. The following day I am able to pick up my car and the check engine light has stayed off. The only reason why I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to take my car to the dealer twice in 3 days. Szymon is very professional and courteous!

They were very upfront, very helpful in keeping me updated on all work. I would recommend anyone and everyone I know to go there for repairs.

Kari in the service department was very courteous and professional. I didn’t have an appointment and she told me not to worry we will take care of you I really apreciate you guys taking care of me. While the car was in service, I was shown a EV6 that I really liked but we couldn’t come to an agreement. Overall great service and definitely will he back.

Always a positive experience with Szymon and all the other Associates at Greenway Kia! He alerted me to two additional issues with my vehicle, during the oil change, which I had them take care of. Thanks so much!
