Service guy was good the the rest not so good as I had to take it to another ford dealer that explained the recall and that there were no disclaimers and that if something when wrong then that was not a fix to the issue the recall is to fix the issue not probably fix the issue.
The experience was great. My car needed service and they got me in the same day. The wait time was very reasonable with the waiting area very nice and clean. I appreciated the car updates thru my phone even given me an estimate of cost making transparency awesome. Szymon did great as my service advisor making sure everything was taking care.
