One of the associates didn't seem very well versed in explaining the oil change process. And what exactly it is that they check for when I got my vehicle home? After spending the most expensive for the oil change, they didn't even feel the windshield wiper fluid.

Prompt reception once I pulled into the bay and approached by a service agent who processed my appointment expeditiously. I was able to get a shuttle quickly and my service was completely sooner than expected.
Kia provided excellent service. I came in on a Thursday night and JJ showed me vehicles that matched my search. After looking at some other dealerships I returned the next night and Mack took me on a test drive of the vehicles, staying after closing to run some preliminary financing figures. I returned the next day after some additional searches and Dave and Jason helped me close the sale with great financing terms.
