If ever there was a night and day, this was it! Right from the start to the moment I drove off the lot with my new vehicle, it was possibly the BEST visit and dealership experience that I have had. When I said my preference was a more expensive trim line that surely would be a challenge to get me into considering the maximum monthly payment that I gave him, he just put aside the lower priced model I test drove and was determined to get me into that higher priced model. Into what I really wanted. All the while, always remaining positive and friendly throught the process. Simply a really good guy. And when I truly felt we had reached a point where the transaction just wasn't going to happen, his manager Ryan Stranahan stepped over to to the table and flat out BLEW ME AWAY with an offer! I kid you not. He did everything possible to give me an offer sheet that honestly I could not say no to. I feel he knew just how badly I really wanted to get into that new vehicle, how much it meant to me. And to get into a Kia again after a great experience previously with a Kia K5 I was forced to trade in but really didn't want to. He simple just made it happened. No haggling, no pressure. He just walked up and made me an honest, genuine offer to get me where I wanted to be. And for that I can't thank him enough. It really caught me completely off guard in the best way! And today a day later still a bit stunned by it. Such a nice guy. So yes, this review is long but the only way to do justice and give those gentlemen and the dealership their props. Even the G.M. Emre Sevinir stopped by to congratulate me and took a few minutes to listen to my previous bad experience just a week before and how good of an experience I had at his dealership. I can only say that he has put together a great staff there and I hope nothing but the best for them all. If you want a great experience when looking for a new vehicle, maybe give Greenway Kia a chance. It's just has a different feel to it and only in the best of ways. What do you have to lose? Kari is fantastic, and super helpful! The staff is very nice, environment is clean.

We are very happy with the service we received from Greenway Kia. Ashley was a super attentive advisor and kept us in the loop as soon as there was a change in status. We had extensive repair work done so keeping us informed about every step made us feel as though our car was getting the attention it needed. And now that we are driving it again, it feels like a brand new vehicle! Thank you Ashley and all of your colleagues at Greenway!

Overall good experience and we walked away with a great truck at a good price. Stefan did a great job.

The service from the beginning was good, my check payment was not correct of what was told to me at the time of making the appt but Kari made sure she figure it out. I will be returning to this location also Kari made sure she responded by text within 5 to mins Ioved to know the updated about vehicle while the service dept had it. Kia keep it up awesome service!!!

There's not enough room to describe just how good my experience was at Greenway Kia, especially after a rather disappointing, drawn out and just plain bad experience at Kia on Atlantic. If ever there was a night and day, this was it! Right from the start to the moment I drove off the lot with my new vehicle, it was possibly the BEST visit and dealership experience that I have had. And I've gone through many of them over the years, leasing new cars every 2 to 3 years. But this was just easy going, no pressure, and positive throughout. What more can you want when looking for a new car? And enough cannot be said about the staff there and those that I was lucky enough to deal with. My salesman, Julien Jackson and his manager Ryan Stranahan. Julien went out of his way to listen to what I wanted and not try to move in another direction to something else that might have been easier just to get a sale. When I said my preference was a more expensive trim line that surely would be a challenge to get me into considering the maximum monthly payment that I gave him, he just put aside the lower priced model I test drove and was determined to get me into that higher priced model. Into what I really wanted. All the while, always remaining positive and friendly throught the process. Simply a really good guy. And when I truly felt we had reached a point where the transaction just wasn't going to happen, his manager Ryan Stranahan stepped over to to the table and flat out BLEW ME AWAY with an offer!
