I had my 2020 Kia Sorento towed in for service as it would not start My local mechanic got a code that the high pressure fuel pump module was faulty. They told me that Kia had to program it to the cars computer after installation and that there was a Trouble Bulletin for that that was covered by an extended warranty. The following day I was notified that Kia could not replicate that code but that they would need to replace the low pressure fuel pump. Took care of my truck. Couldn’t complain about anything. Customer service is great. Would return.

I received text messages with updates on my vehicle, requests for authorization, and notification that it was ready for pickup. Easy overall. I am pleased with the services.

She did great. She explained everything about my truck service including cost. I would not hesitate using her as my service rep.
